Does it work without signal? Yes. Recordings, photos and edits are stored on your phone and sent automatically when you are back in range. Do not delete the app while work is still waiting to sync.
Does my recording get uploaded? No. The app turns your speech into text on the phone itself, and only the text is sent. There is no exception and no fallback: our servers refuse to accept a recording at all. The recording is deleted from your phone once the report has been written. See our Privacy Policy.
Which languages does it work in? 28: Albanian, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Greek, Romanian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Croatian, Czech, Slovak, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish.
You can speak one language and read the app in another. The language you pick on the record screen is the language the report is written in; the language in Profile is the one the app's own labels and headings use. A German foreman can read an Albanian report with German headings, and the customer's PDF stays entirely Albanian.
How long can one recording be? Up to 12 minutes. For a longer job, record several reports.
The report says something I did not say. Reports are written by an AI system from your dictation, and it can make mistakes. Always read a report before you send it. Please tell us at support@morphiz.ai if you see this happen — it helps us improve.
Can I use it for invoices? You can dictate an offer or an invoice draft, but these are not compliant tax invoices — invoice numbers and VAT fields are left blank for you to complete. See our Terms of Service.
How do I add my colleagues? Settings → Team & usage → Invite. They receive an email with an 8-digit code. They install the app, tap I have an invitation code, and enter their email address and that code to choose their own password. Joining happens in the app, never in a web form.
How do I put my company's name on the PDF? Settings → Company. Add your firm's name, address, contact details and logo, and they appear on every document you export.
I forgot my password. Tap Forgot your password? in the app. We email you an 8-digit code; enter it in the app with your email address and choose a new password. Five wrong attempts cancel the code, and you can ask for a new one. Resetting your password signs you out on every device.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. You confirm by typing your email address and your password. This permanently erases your reports, photos and projects, and frees the email address for use again. It cannot be undone — export your data first if you want to keep it.
If you own an organisation that still has other members, we refuse the deletion rather than take your colleagues' data with it. Remove them or hand the organisation over first.
How do I get my data out? Settings → Export my data.
